Lagos deliveries are typically faster due to our business location. 2. Delivery Timelines Delivery time depends on your location and the availability of the product. Within Lagos Same-day delivery for orders confirmed before 12pm (depending on availability). Next-day delivery for orders confirmed after cutoff time. Outside Lagos 2 – 5 working days depending on the state and logistics partner. Note: Delivery timelines may vary during public holidays, peak seasons, or unforeseen delays from logistics companies. 3. Delivery Fees Delivery fees are calculated based on: Your location Package size/weight Courier partner rates Fees will be communicated clearly at checkout or before order confirmation. Delivery fees are non-refundable once a rider or courier partner has picked up the item. 4. Order Processing Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp, SMS, or email. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. 5. Delivery Partners We work with trusted logistics companies and dispatch riders to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once the item is handed over to a delivery partner, Clarity Tech is not responsible for delays or damages caused during transit , but we will assist you in resolving any issues. 6. Delivery Confirmation Upon delivery, customers are required to: Inspect the product immediately Confirm the item is correct and in good condition Sign/digitally confirm receipt If there is any issue, report it within 24 hours for quick resolution. 7. Pickup Option (Lagos) Customers in Lagos may choose to pick up their orders directly from our location: Clarity Tech 2 Francis Oremeji Street, Ikeja, Lagos.
